You manage procurement activities for direct and indirect requirements as well as software.
You develop supplier strategies together with purchasing and project management.
You prepare make-or-buy decisions and accompany the relevant committees.
You negotiate and manage contracts considering costs, quality, and risks.
You continuously work on project budgets, business cases, and savings potentials.
You actively participate in supplier evaluations and audits.
You keep an eye on delivery capability, inventories, and procurement key figures until series handover.
You implement digitalisation and process improvements in purchasing together with the specialist departments.
Qualifications:
You have experience in purchasing and ideally some practical experience in project purchasing.
A commercial apprenticeship or a degree in business administration, engineering, or industrial engineering forms your basis.
You are familiar with ERP systems from your professional experience.
You work in a structured manner and keep an overview even with multiple projects.
Initiative and assertiveness are part of your working style.
You are familiar with collaborating with various internal and external departments.
You bring around 20% willingness to travel for supplier contacts and project assignments.
You have very good German and good English skills for working with international contacts.
