About the job
As a comprehensive real estate service provider, Privera offers its clients and partners all services for the entire life cycle of a property under one roof. Professional management of real estate accounting is part of this. You are gifted with numbers and manage various property accounts in collaboration with the property management. In doing so, you make a significant contribution to achieving our goals.
Your mission in detail
- Independently manage property accounting from A to Z, including closing tasks
- Account for mandate entries and exits
- Prepare client-specific reports
- Collaborate with and assist property managers
Your profile
- You have completed basic commercial training
- You have successfully completed further training in the financial field and/or have at least 5 years of professional experience.
- Good writing skills in French; knowledge of foreign languages is an asset
- You are solution-oriented and immediately tackle challenges
- You work independently and precisely
