As a Network Operations Engineer, you operate demanding network infrastructures of the customers, coordinate, plan, and carry out changes
You handle technical inquiries as well as faults
In addition, you participate quarterly in the on-call service
Qualifications:
You have a technical education and extensive experience with Cisco routing, switching, and WLAN products
With a valid Cisco CCNA or CCNP certification as well as solid ITIL process knowledge, you bring the necessary expertise
Your strong service orientation, high independence, and personal responsibility distinguish you
Very good German and English skills in spoken and written form
