Specialist in Domestic Services EFZ

The Directorate of Real Estate and Operations shapes the hospital infrastructure of the future. It is responsible for the planning, construction, and operation of the entire infrastructure as well as many non-medical services of Insel Gruppe AG. The Belp Hospital and Nursing Home is a modern, medium-sized facility of Insel Gruppe with around 120 beds and a versatile infrastructure. The Facility Services area includes cleaning of all resident rooms, geriatric rehabilitation, therapy rooms, offices, public areas, and the bed centre. Textile supply with its own laundry is also part of the FS area.

• Taking over daily responsibility

• Preparing monthly accounts and billing
• Purchasing consumables / stock management
• Planning and conducting training sessions
• Creating and revising work documents
• Contact person in the absence of management
• Induction of new employees

What you bring

• Completed basic education (EFZ) in the cleaning sector (domestic services, building cleaning)
• At least three years of professional experience, preferably in healthcare
• Discreet, loyal and flexible personality
• Open to change processes
• Friendly hands-on mentality: active support of the teams
• Customer-oriented and innovative
• In addition to your native German (or diploma at C1 level), you have good PC user skills (MS Office)
