Business Controller (m/f/d)
Role:
At our ROCKEN partner, you are responsible for financial management with meaningful analyses, reports, budgets and forecasts. You prepare important decision-making bases for management and advise executives on business management issues. In addition, you further develop controlling and Power BI reporting and actively shape the digitalisation of processes and systems.
Responsibilities:
You create analyses, reports, budgets and forecasts for financial management.

You analyse deviations and advise executives on business management issues.
You further develop controlling and Power BI reporting and optimise reporting and control instruments.
You actively drive the digitalisation of processes and systems.
Qualifications:
You have a university degree in business administration, ideally with a focus on controlling.
Several years of solid professional experience complement your profile.
You think analytically and in a networked way, grasp new facts quickly and have a pronounced business understanding.
Your working style is independent, structured, solution-oriented and service-oriented.
In interdisciplinary collaboration with internal and external partners, you show high empathy.
You bring very good IT skills as well as experience with ERP systems (Abacus) and BI systems (Power BI).
