IT System Support Engineer (m/f/d)
Responsibilities:
Support users in 2nd-level support for servers, network and clients
Installation, configuration and maintenance of PCs, notebooks, VoIP phones and peripheral devices
Operation and support of clinic-specific applications
Maintenance of the CMDB and creation of technical documentation
Recording IT requirements, specifying solutions and user training
Qualifications:
Completed IT apprenticeship EFZ
Several years of experience in ICT support
Sound knowledge of Windows 11, MS Office as well as hardware and network structures (LAN/WAN)
Independent, solution-oriented and service-oriented working style
Confident German skills, English advantageous
