Assembly Operator & Automated Machines (M/F)

Your mission:

For one of our clients, ValJob is recruiting Watchmaking Operators.

Your responsibilities

On a daily basis, you work at the heart of the production process and are specifically responsible for:
• Operating and monitoring automated and semi-automated machines.
• Carrying out assembly operations with care and precision.
• Performing visual and dimensional checks of the produced parts.
• Ensuring production follow-up and quickly identifying any anomalies.
• Entering and updating production information in computer systems.
• Ensuring compliance with quality requirements, production targets, and safety rules.

Your profile:

• You hold a Federal VET Diploma (CFC), an AFP, or training in the industrial field.
• Ideally, you have 2 years of experience in production or assembly.
• Experience in watchmaking, microtechnology, electronics, medical, pharmaceutical, or precision assembly is a real advantage.
• You have good knowledge of the operation of semi-automatic and automatic machines.
• You are rigorous, meticulous, and attentive.
• You have manual dexterity.
• You enjoy teamwork.
• Shift patterns 2x8 or 3x8.
