Role:
In this role, you take on the professional and operational management of gas supply in a dynamic and future-oriented market environment. You are responsible for a safe, efficient, and sustainable supply of the region and ensure smooth operation of the networks and facilities. You lead a motivated team, develop processes and infrastructures further, and contribute your experience to strategic decisions. You actively shape technical and organisational improvements and drive innovative solutions for modern energy supply. Additionally, you take advantage of attractive training opportunities to continuously expand your professional and leadership skills.
Responsibilities:
You lead the network construction and gas supply area and coordinate your team including deployment planning.
You plan and manage demanding network construction projects and coordinate internal as well as external stakeholders.
You develop the strategic orientation of the gas network further and derive necessary measures from it.
You ensure safe and reliable network operation including maintenance, inspections, and material management.
You maintain relationships with customers, suppliers, and partner companies and ensure successful collaboration.
Qualifications:
You have a technical basic education, for example as a pipe network fitter, sanitary or heating installer, supplemented by further training at HF/FH level.
You bring experience in the field of gas supply as well as in technical project environments.
You have knowledge of standards, safety regulations, and technical requirements in the gas sector.
You work in a structured, solution-oriented manner and convince with your communication and leadership skills.
You are ready to take responsibility and, if necessary, perform on-call or emergency duties.
