CNC Miller / Polymechanic (m/f/d)
Your Tasks
- Setting up and operating modern CNC-controlled 5-axis milling machines
- Manufacturing complex individual parts and small series according to technical drawings and specifications
- Ensuring an efficient and trouble-free production process
- Performing measurements and quality controls on modern 3D measuring machines
- Evaluating measurement protocols and documenting results
- Responsibility for compliance with specified quality standards
- Optimising existing manufacturing processes to increase quality and productivity
- Contributing to the continuous improvement of production workflows
- Maintaining and monitoring the machines and equipment used
Your Profile
- Completed apprenticeship as a polymechanic, toolmaker or comparable technical training
- Several years of experience in machining metal is an advantage
- Sound knowledge in CNC milling and manufacturing technology
- Experience with precision measuring instruments and quality inspections
- Strong technical understanding and good spatial awareness
- Independent, structured and quality-conscious working style
- High commitment and flexibility
- Willingness to work in 2- to 3-shift operation
- Good German language skills, spoken and written
