Digitalizers is an immersive training programme aimed at job seekers wishing to develop essential skills in a rapidly transforming world of work. Through a 100% practical approach, participants develop their mastery of digital tools, notably artificial intelligence, current working methods, as well as essential human skills for their employability. Learning is built around concrete projects carried out in a collaborative and innovative environment. The programme relies on a team of specialised mentors, each an expert in their field, who support participants through interdisciplinary projects.
Your mission
You ensure the smooth administrative and logistical operation of the campus to allow the teams to focus on their support mission.
In collaboration with the programme manager and mentors, you organise, coordinate, and facilitate the campus’s administrative activities. You also contribute to improving internal processes through digital tools, automation, and artificial intelligence.
Your daily tasks
- Ensure the administrative follow-up of the campus and programme files
- Support the programme manager in administrative relations with institutional partners, notably the Employment Service
- Manage mail, emails, files, orders, supplies, and follow-up with service providers
- Welcome visitors, participants, partners, and speakers and contribute to a quality experience
- Participate in the logistical organisation of events, training sessions, and workshops.
- Identify opportunities for improvement and contribute to the automation of administrative processes
- Collaborate with the various huumyk teams including remotely to ensure smooth and efficient campus operations
Your profile
- Proven experience in administrative assistance, office management, or administrative coordination
- Ideally, you hold a commercial employee diploma
- Confirmed use of new artificial intelligence practices and digital tools applied to organisation and management
- Residence in Switzerland is a requirement, ideally in the canton of Vaud
