The Company

For our client, an internationally active company in the field of intelligent building and lighting technology, we are looking for a committed individual for internal sales.

The company develops and markets innovative solutions for energy-efficient buildings. The product range extends from intelligent sensors and automation solutions to modern lighting systems. The company combines technological innovation with the aim of using energy efficiently while simultaneously increasing comfort and quality of life in buildings. The Swiss location serves customers from various sectors of electrical and building technology and is part of an internationally oriented corporate group.

Your Tasks

• Creating and calculating offers as well as their follow-up
• Recording and processing customer orders
• Telephone and written support and advice for customers
• Contact person for planners, electrical installers and wholesalers
• Active support and collaboration with the field sales team
• Maintenance and updating of customer and master data in the ERP and CRM system
• Carrying out general administrative and organisational tasks in internal sales

Your Profile

• Completed basic electrical training EFZ, e.g. as an electrical installer, assembly electrician or automation technician – mandatory requirement
• Professional experience in internal sales, technical customer service or a comparable function is an advantage
• Good commercial understanding and enjoyment of administrative and organisational tasks
• Very good IT user skills, especially MS Office; experience with ERP and CRM systems is an advantage
• Strong customer, service and sales orientation
• Good technical understanding and the ability to advise customers competently
• Independent, reliable and structured way of working
• Quick comprehension and openness to versatile and cross-departmental tasks
• Communicative, sociable and open personality
• Confident, friendly and professional appearance
