Network Engineer (m/f/d)
Our ROCKEN partner is: a dedicated IT service provider specialising in managed services, cloud and security solutions, as well as individual consulting. With a passion for technology and a deep understanding of business requirements, they support companies in building modern workplaces, highly available infrastructures, and secure IT processes.
Role:
As a Network Engineer, you manage modern IT environments of clients and implement innovative ICT solutions in the areas of workplace, server, cloud, network, and security. You work on exciting infrastructure projects, analyse complex faults, and further develop secure and future-proof digital work environments.
Responsibilities:
Planning, implementation, and further development of IT infrastructures with a focus on workplace, server, cloud, and network
Realisation and support of LAN/WLAN, WAN, VPN, and ZTNA solutions
Participation in and management of IT projects as well as technical customer consulting
Provision of third-level support and analysis of complex faults
Support in pre-sales and development of individual ICT concepts
Qualifications:
Completed training as an IT specialist in system technology with several years of experience
Experience with network solutions and modern ICT infrastructures
Knowledge in cloud, security, and system engineering
Independent, structured, and customer-oriented working style
Very good German language skills as well as driving licence category B
