Role:
In this role, you will advise customers in the area of finance and order management regarding modern ERP solutions. You analyse existing processes, design customised solutions and accompany the implementation of the systems from requirements gathering to go-live. You are responsible for the optimal mapping of business processes in the ERP system and ensure that these are designed efficiently, transparently and audit-proof. In addition, you train users, support them in their daily work with the system and thus actively contribute to the continuous optimisation of the solutions used. Through your professionalism and technical know-how, you create sustainable added value and build long-term, trusting relationships with your contacts.
Responsibilities:
As a competent contact person, you support Bernese customers in the optimal use of Abacus software and develop suitable solutions
You take responsibility for the introduction, configuration and training of Abacus applications and support customers in their projects
By actively participating in further training, you ensure that you are always up to date with the latest technology
Together with your team, you ensure positive collaboration and contribute your ideas with commitment and team spirit
Qualifications:
You have completed a solid education in business administration or business informatics
Your experience with Abacus software enables you to advise customers purposefully
You convince with your communicative personality, your humour and your joy in collaboration
German language skills in spoken and written form at a flawless level are required
