Our client, a renowned international industrial company, is currently seeking a specialist in the western Lausanne region. This is within a factory of automatic machines.

AUTOMATION ENGINEER (troubleshooting & diagnostics)

Job Description

• Perform disassembly, reassembly and overhaul of sub-assemblies
• Design specific electrical cabinets and wiring
• Perform fault detection by reading diagrams
• Create maintenance instructions
• Provide technical support
• Overhauls
• Carry out maintenance work on installations for preventive maintenance

We expect

• Federal VET Diploma as automation engineer, electromechanical technician, or automation fitter
• Experience in electrical maintenance
• In-depth knowledge of low and/or medium voltage
• Residence preferably near the workplace (on-call duty)
• Ability to identify and solve problems effectively
• Proficient with common computer tools
• Willingness to participate in an on-call service
