Role:
For our ROCKEN partner, a company in the telecommunications and media sectors located in Nidau, we are looking for a motivated junior professional as Junior Business Controller starting immediately. You will support the controlling department as well as management in financial steering and actively contribute to budgeting, forecasting and reporting. In this role, you will gain valuable practical experience and participate in the further development of digital, data-driven controlling tools.
Responsibilities:
You contribute to budgeting, forecasting and rolling financial planning
You support the further development of management reporting
You analyse revenue, cost and profitability developments
You build and maintain KPI dashboards in Power BI
You prepare ad-hoc analyses as well as profitability and investment calculations
You assist in the preparation of the monthly CAPEX reporting
Qualifications:
You have initial experience in controlling as well as knowledge in budgeting, forecasting, reporting and cost accounting
You possess very good Excel skills; experience with Power BI and ERP systems (e.g. NAV) is ideally present
You demonstrate a pronounced analytical and entrepreneurial mindset as well as a strong affinity for numbers
You are communicative, independent and solution-oriented with team spirit and initiative
You have an affinity for digital, data-driven working methods as well as an interest in AI, automation and process optimisation; industry experience in telecommunications is an advantage
You have a completed degree or higher education in business administration, finance, controlling or a comparable field
