Sales Administration & Customer Service Manager (M/F)

📍 Corcelles-près-Payerne (VD) | 80–100 % | Permanent contract

An industrial SME active in Switzerland and internationally, we are looking for a Sales Administration & Customer Service Manager to strengthen our sales team and our chemical product distribution subsidiary. You will ensure the administrative follow-up of sales and guarantee a smooth and professional customer experience. You already have similar experience in a B2B environment, demonstrate empathy, and always keep customer satisfaction in mind.

Your tasks

• Entry, confirmation and follow-up of customer orders
• Coordination of deliveries with production/logistics
• Stock control
• Monitoring deadlines and handling complaints
• Daily contact with customers (phone/email)
• Updating data and supporting the sales and technical teams
• Assisting the invoicing and debt collection department in its tasks
• Participation in achieving quality objectives related to ISO9001 and ISO14001 certification

Your profile

• Commercial employee federal certificate of competence (CFC) or equivalent training
• Experience in sales administration/customer service (ideally in industry/SME)
• Comfortable with ERP (Sage) and MS Office 365
• Good listening, communication and writing skills
• Strong service orientation and customer satisfaction focus
• Ability to work in an organised and flexible manner, both independently and in a team
• Fluent French; German would be an asset
