Healthcare Controller (m/f/d)
Salary - CHF90,000 - 130,000Role:
In this position, you create reliable decision-making bases for operational management through sound financial and performance analyses. You participate in financial statements, budgeting, and forecasts and are responsible for data preparation for cost accounting according to REKOLE as well as health statistics. Together with the Controlling management, you further develop reporting and BI solutions and identify optimisation potentials across various locations and departments.
Responsibilities:
Participation in monthly and annual financial statements, budgeting, and forecasts as well as analysis of financial developments
Creation of meaningful management reports and business management decision-making bases
Support of the Controlling management and operational managers as a competent business partner
Further development of existing reporting and BI solutions as well as timely and clear provision of relevant key figures
Responsibility for the preparation and analysis of data for cost accounting according to REKOLE as well as cantonal and national statistics, especially SpiGes
Analysis of cost structures, revenues, margins, and performance developments
Identification of optimisation potentials across various locations and departments
Qualifications:
Completed business administration degree or comparable qualification, or degree in computer science or natural sciences with further training in controlling, accounting, or finance
Several years of professional experience in controlling, ideally with knowledge of the Swiss healthcare system
Very good Excel skills and enjoyment in working with data as well as modern analysis and BI tools such as Qlik Sense
Quick comprehension and independent, structured working style
