IT Systems Technician (m/f/d)
Responsibilities:
You maintain, update, and support the entire IT infrastructure (hardware and software) of the company
You administer and optimise Microsoft 365
You take responsibility for sub-projects in the infrastructure area
You further develop the digital workplace
You provide IT support and assist with technical challenges
You monitor systems and ensure their data backup
You record and manage all IT information including hardware and software inventory
You coordinate and support various device types
Qualifications:
You have completed training as an IT specialist EFZ
You bring expertise in on-premises environments and/or Microsoft 365 & Azure
You enjoy working in a team, act independently, and quickly grasp new topics
You convince with your strong customer and service orientation
You benefit from French language skills, which are advantageous
