Role:
As a Building Services Planner HVAC, you plan and realise demanding projects in residential construction and industry. You accompany projects from planning to execution and coordinate all relevant project participants to ensure timely and high-quality implementation.
Responsibilities:
Planning and dimensioning of HVAC systems for residential and industrial projects
Creation of 2D drawings with AutoCAD, 3D modelling with Revit as well as schematic diagrams
Leading site meetings and preparing minutes
Preparation of specifications using Messerli NPK
Monitoring costs, deadlines and quality of executing contractors
Maintaining and coordinating collaboration with clients, architects, specialist companies and craftsmen
Conducting inspections, checking invoices and managing warranties
Participation in interdisciplinary project teams
Qualifications:
Completed training as a Building Services Planner EFZ
At least 3 years of professional experience in the HVAC field
Ability to organise and lead projects independently
Good knowledge of Swiss and European standards (SIA/EN) in the HVAC sector
Confident use of CAD programmes as well as very good knowledge of MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
Knowledge of Revit and the BIM environment is an advantage
Interdisciplinary, flexible and structured working style
Native German speaker
English skills at B1 level, additional languages are an advantage
