Financial Accountant - Schlieren (m/f/d)

You independently manage accounts receivable and payable accounting including dunning and debt collection as well as payment transactions
You post bank, postal, and cash transactions and ensure proper account coding
You check expense reports and perform account, accounts receivable, accounts payable, and bank reconciliations
You prepare and check Swiss VAT returns
You assist with monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements according to Swiss Code of Obligations and reconcile balance sheet and income statement accounts
You contribute to controlling tasks and the continuous optimisation of financial processes
You provide professional support to commercial apprentices and take on further administrative tasks within the finance department
Qualifications:
You have completed a commercial basic education; further training in finance and accounting, for example as a specialist in finance and accounting with a federal diploma, is an advantage
You bring several years of professional experience in financial accounting as well as sound knowledge in accounts receivable, accounts payable, and general ledger accounting
You have very good MS Office skills, especially in Excel, and work independently, structured, and precisely
You convince with analytical thinking, a strong affinity for numbers, a sense of responsibility, and a proactive, service-oriented working style
You have very good German and good English skills; French skills are an advantage
