Your Tasks
- Individual support in everyday life: With empathy and educational sensitivity, you accompany the children in daily life, support them in overcoming challenges, and specifically promote their development in a stable and appreciative environment.
- Holistic teamwork: In close coordination with social educators, therapists, and teachers, you actively contribute to interdisciplinary care. You ensure that the individual needs of each child are integrated into everyday life as best as possible.
- Reliable nursing and medical care: You ensure health care, administer medication correctly, carefully document nursing measures, and accompany the children to medical appointments – always with regard to their physical and emotional well-being.
Our Requirements
- Professional qualification: You have completed training as a diplomaed nursing specialist HF and ideally have practical experience in a socio-educational environment. A loving and competent approach to children is natural for you.
- Personal commitment: With empathy, resilience, and a high level of responsibility, you accompany children – even in challenging life situations – individually and resource-oriented. Your positive attitude and commitment shape your daily work.
