International Service Technician (m/f/d)

For our client, we are looking for an ambitious and technically skilled individual as an International Service Technician (m/f/d). You will support international customers, carry out worldwide service assignments, and assist in the further development of modern measurement and control technology.

International Service Technician (m/f/d)

Your Tasks

• Support of international customers during commissioning, maintenance, and technical inquiries
• Execution of worldwide service assignments with a travel share of approx. 50%
• Technical training and instruction of customers on-site and digitally
• Support at trade fairs as well as sales organisation and country representatives
• Creation of technical documentation, layouts, and schematics
• Feedback of service insights into product development
• Analysis and resolution of technical faults

Your Profile

• Completed basic technical training, ideally as an Electronics Technician EFZ or equivalent
• High willingness to travel worldwide
• Very good knowledge of German, English, Italian, and Spanish
• Additional foreign languages are an advantage
• Strong customer and service orientation
• Solution-oriented and independent working style
• Quick comprehension as well as flexibility and resilience
• Good MS Office skills
• Team player and open to new technologies and tasks
