Role:
In this role, as a Senior Software Engineer Architect, you design modern software solutions for intralogistics and ensure that goods and merchandise keep moving efficiently. You contribute your technical expertise to conceive high-quality, customised systems and ensure their quality and reliability. You develop innovative approaches that set new standards and actively shape the future of intralogistics. You work closely with other departments to understand complex requirements and translate them into viable software architectures. With your curious and solution-oriented attitude, you help overcome challenges and achieve sustainable technological progress.
Responsibilities:
You analyse, design, and continuously develop our Warehouse Management System
With Java, you further develop the existing framework and independently develop solution proposals
In complex logistics projects, you implement customer requirements and ensure thorough documentation
You pass on your know-how through coaching developers and ensure the quality of the product
Additionally, you define and establish architecture and project standards
Qualifications:
Completed studies (FH/ETH) in computer science or electrical engineering as well as several years of experience as a Senior Software Engineer / Architect
Very good knowledge of Java and object-oriented software development as well as Spring, Hibernate, Maven, and Angular
Good database knowledge, ideally with Oracle, MSSQL or PL/SQL
You have excellent written and spoken German, complemented by good English skills
