Health Specialist EFZ 40-100%

for day and late shifts, as well as occasional night shifts

Your tasks

• Comprehensive care and nursing of guests in accordance with our nursing care model and nursing process
• Assuming tasks as a primary nursing contact person
• Participation in the nursing process and in the nursing needs assessment with RAI for assigned guests
• Electronic nursing documentation using CareCoach (mobile possible with CareCoach smartphone)
• Planning and accompanying medical visits
• Assuming daily responsibility
• Taking on tasks as a topic leader for a specialist subject and thus participating in the group-wide network for nursing quality
• Independently taking responsibility for the entire ward during the night shift

Your profile

• Completed training as a Health Specialist EFZ
• Professional experience in long-term care is an advantage
• RAI knowledge desired or willingness to attend these courses (paid for)
• A warm and humorous basic attitude
• Enjoyment of diverse challenges
• Good German language skills, spoken and written
