Dispatcher 100% (m/f/d)

What is my role?

• Operational procurement of production-related materials and merchandise

• Ensuring optimal inventory management with a focus on material availability and optimal stock turnover

• Creating and maintaining framework agreements

• Setting up and managing external manufacturing and production orders

• Continuous analysis and optimisation of procurement and dispatch processes

• Preparation, evaluation and interpretation of forecasts for demand planning

• Checking, accounting and approval of supplier invoices

• Central interface function between production, logistics and other internal stakeholders

• Co-supervision of apprentices in the purchasing department

What do I need to be successful?

• Completed technical, logistical or commercial basic training

• Further training as a purchasing specialist or technical buyer

• Several years of experience in dispatch / operational procurement of trade and production materials

• Confident German and very good English skills

• Efficient use of MS Office programmes
