ERP & IT Expert (m/f/d)
Responsibilities:
Responsibility for the operation and continuous development of the Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central landscape
Digitalisation and optimisation of business processes together with the specialist departments and external partners
Management of releases, feature expansions as well as support and training for users in the ERP environment
Support of IT operations and ensuring a reliable system landscape including Microsoft 365 and infrastructure components
Qualifications:
Practical experience in application management or ERP support with a focus on Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central
Technical understanding of ERP systems as well as ideally knowledge of Microsoft 365, servers and networks
Independent, analytical and service-oriented working style with a strong solution focus
Communicative and eager-to-learn personality with confident German and good English skills
