Your tasks

• You analyse, document and optimise clinical as well as administrative processes.
• You collect, structure and prioritise requirements from the specialist departments.
• You advise departments on the digitalisation and further development of their workflows.
• You create specialist concepts, process descriptions and requirements documentation.
• You participate in the evaluation and further development of IT systems.
• You coordinate collaboration between departments, IT, suppliers and external partners.
• You identify improvement potentials and actively shape the digital transformation.
• You communicate appropriately with various stakeholders and hierarchical levels.

Your profile

• You have a professional or university degree in business informatics, medical informatics or an equivalent qualification.
• Further training in business analysis, process management or project management is an advantage.
• You bring several years of experience in digitalisation projects in healthcare.
• You are familiar with clinical and administrative hospital processes or are willing to quickly familiarise yourself with them.
• You understand the relationships between ICT architecture, applications, interfaces and processes. Ideally, you are familiar with standards such as HL7, FHIR and DICOM.
• You have experience in analysing and modelling business processes as well as a good understanding of IT systems and digital workflows.
• You work in a structured and methodical way and can document and communicate complex requirements clearly.
