Role:
On behalf of the client, we are looking for a service technician for the repair and installation of household appliances in the Aargau and Basel regions. You will independently carry out service calls at customers’ premises, analyse technical faults and ensure professional repair and installation of various household appliances.
Responsibilities:
Performing repairs and maintenance work on household appliances
Professional installation and replacement of washing machines, dishwashers, refrigerators and other devices
Analysing and resolving electrical and mechanical faults
Conducting functional checks and safety inspections
Advising customers on the operation and care of the devices
Documenting service calls and used spare parts
Independently planning and carrying out daily customer appointments
Qualifications:
Completed technical or electrical training, for example as an electrician EFZ, automation technician EFZ or equivalent
Experience in the repair or installation of household appliances is an advantage
Good knowledge of electrical engineering and fault diagnosis
Customer-oriented manner and independent working style
Driving licence category B and good German language skills
