What you can achieve
- Managing guardianships/protectorships according to the Swiss Civil Code in child and adult protection
- Advising, supporting and accompanying individuals and families in the legal context
- Income and asset management
- Safeguarding legal claims and representing clients in legal, administrative and financial matters
- Interdisciplinary collaboration with other agencies and authorities
- Working in a team of professional guardians and caseworkers
What distinguishes you
- Completed studies in social work (FH/HFS), law, social pedagogy, psychology or comparable education
- Experience in statutory social work and case management
- Broad legal basic knowledge or interest in acquiring it
- CAS "Case Management in Child and Adult Protection" is an advantage
- Expertise in social insurance
- Negotiation skills and fluency in oral and written expression
- Good IT skills (Word, KLIB)
- Social skills, teamwork, resilience and flexibility
- Driving licence category B
