Senior Controller (m/f/d)

Responsibilities:
You ensure reliable cost and performance accounting and continuously develop the operational accounting and REKOLE® structures.
You advise specialist departments and external stakeholders on cost accounting issues and ensure uniform application of the relevant guidelines.
Through regular audits and recertifications, you ensure the quality and compliance of the REKOLE® processes.
You prepare complex key figures and financial relationships in reports, statistics, profitability calculations, and special analyses in an understandable manner.
Together with the team, you further develop the management information system (MIS) and thereby create additional transparency for corporate management.
Qualifications:
A higher education in business administration or accounting forms your professional foundation.
You have already gained experience in healthcare or have the ability to quickly and independently familiarise yourself with REKOLE® and new specialist topics.
We expect very good user knowledge of Excel, MS Office, and ERP systems.
You work analytically, precisely, and in a structured manner and have a high service orientation.
You have fluent German language skills.
