Role:
For our ROCKEN partner, an established company in the real estate sector in the Basel region, we are looking for a committed professional to manage a diverse property portfolio. In this role, you will independently manage residential and mixed-use properties and work closely with a specialised team. The position offers you direct contact with tenants, owners and other local contacts.
Responsibilities:
You take responsibility for managing a portfolio of residential and mixed-use properties
You ensure regular and extraordinary property maintenance and schedule as well as conduct property inspections and handovers
You maintain contact with owners, tenants, caretakers, tradespeople and authorities
You negotiate and prepare commercial lease agreements as well as the annual budget
You work closely with team members from technical management, leasing, administration and caretaking, whom you support
Together with your team, you take care of the personal support of customers on site
Qualifications:
You have a commercial basic education as well as a professional certificate in property management or are currently undergoing this training, and you bring several years of professional experience
You have digital affinity as well as solid PC and software skills
You work efficiently and goal-oriented and convince with good communication skills and negotiation ability
You are characterised by a high level of service and customer orientation
You bring good manners, high resilience as well as flexibility and perseverance
