The thermoludic complex of the Bains de Saillon, in the heart of the Valais vineyards, brings together several activities: a thermal area composed of baths, a wellness Mayens village with saunas and a Turkish bath, a thermal river, a Spa Cinq Mondes area, a fitness centre and a hotel area with a capacity of 145 rooms as well as themed restaurants.

Your profile:

• Commercial employee CFC or equivalent training
• Minimum 3 years experience in accounting and administration
• Knowledge of Proconcept, Micros and Fidelio software would be a plus
• Proficient in common IT tools (Excel, Word, Outlook)
• Organised, precise and punctual

Your tasks:

• Management and processing of supplier invoices (entry, allocation, payment, filing) Management of debtors and disputes
• Entry of accounting entries
• Accounting and control of various liquidity accounts (banks, cash)
• Management of administration mail, emails and telephones
• Preparation of statistics
• General administration (minutes, correspondence, various follow-ups)
• Filing, archives, organisation
• Various administrative tasks and support to Management
