Deputy Head of Residential Area / Registered Nurse, 80-100% (m/f/d)

Responsibilities

• You are responsible for the entire care and support process
• You also manage the care processes using Care Coach and RAI-NH and take on daily responsibilities
• You support the training of apprentices and participate in projects
• As deputy residential area manager, you competently support and lead the team
• The workload can be between 80 and 100%, depending on your preference

Requirements

• You have completed training as a registered nurse FH / HF (for foreign diplomas, recognition by the Swiss Red Cross is required)
• Ideally, you have professional experience in long-term care or are keen to enter this field
• Do you see yourself as a well-organised, sociable, resilient and cooperative nursing professional?
