Construction Foreman m/f/d

Your field of activity

Independent supervision of the construction site from surveying to completion
Planning, optimizing and organizing the construction process
Creating personnel and work reports and procuring the necessary construction site materials
Compliance with and implementation of occupational safety regulations as well as carrying out necessary corrective measures
Leadership and supervision of the assigned construction site personnel

How you score

Completed training in main or secondary construction trades as well as further training to foreman/leading hand with several years of professional experience in a comparable function
Performance-oriented and business-minded thinking
Enjoyment in direct contact with customers and business partners on site as well as motivating employees
Communicative, team-oriented and strong leadership personality
