Role:
On behalf of the client, we are looking for an experienced Service Technician Heating / Ventilation for the independent management of building technology systems. You will carry out service, maintenance and repair work and ensure reliable and energy-efficient operation of heating, ventilation and air conditioning systems. The scope of work includes troubleshooting, inspections, repairs as well as modernisations and conversions of existing systems. The position offers a versatile technical environment with high personal responsibility and direct customer contact.
Responsibilities:
Independent execution of service, maintenance and repair work on heating and ventilation systems
Systematic fault diagnosis and troubleshooting on existing HVAC systems
Carrying out inspections, functional checks and condition assessments
Performing repairs and restorations on heating, ventilation and air conditioning components
Carrying out modernisations, system optimisations and minor conversions
Monitoring and optimisation of operating parameters, controls and system functions
Independent organisation as well as timely and cost-effective handling of assigned service orders
Preparation of service reports, maintenance protocols and technical documentation
Determination of required material and spare parts needs for service and repair work
Technical clarifications and coordination with customers, internal departments and suppliers
Support with commissioning and operational optimisations of HVAC systems
Compliance with relevant safety, quality and manufacturer specifications
Qualifications:
Completed vocational training as heating installer EFZ, ventilation system builder EFZ or comparable technical training
Several years of professional experience as a service technician in the HVAC sector
Further training as a service technician ventilation/HVAC is an advantage
Sound knowledge in maintenance, repair, servicing and fault diagnosis
Knowledge of HVAC control and regulation technology is an advantage
Experience in independent service order processing and technical documentation
Good German language skills, spoken and written
