... actively contribute to shaping the future of vocational training in the field of health insurance and social insurance.
... bring innovative educational ideas for the development of existing training programmes and continuing education offerings.
... plan, coordinate, and support training courses as well as professional and advanced professional examinations, and act as a trainer.
... ensure the quality and practical orientation of our training offerings and examinations, and continuously develop them.
... participate in promoting our training offerings and contribute creative ideas in marketing, communication, and social media.
... work closely with trainers, exam experts, training partners, and other stakeholders.
... identify trends and developments in the field of training and provide impulses for modern learning and examination formats.
Your profile | You…
... have completed initial commercial training or equivalent.
... have professional experience in the Swiss health insurance, social or private sector and possess a good understanding of their structures and challenges.
... have completed initial or continuing training in vocational education or adult education, or have equivalent practical experience.
... know the training sector in Switzerland and ideally have experience in developing and implementing training or examinations.
... are passionate about modern training and enjoy developing existing offerings and implementing new ideas.
... possess strong digital skills and are interested in innovative learning methods as well as the use of AI in training.
... work independently, in a structured and solution-oriented manner, and maintain an overview even when managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
... express yourself fluently in French and have very good knowledge of German. Ideally, you master both languages equally well.
