ERP Application Manager Microsoft Dynamics 365 (m/f/d)
Role:
You are the person who sets the course for Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365) Finance & Operations. As ERP Application Manager Microsoft Dynamics 365, you are responsible for the product as well as its stable operation. Departments, development, and external partners find a clear point of contact with you. With the Power Platform and AI-supported solutions, you specifically expand the ERP landscape. Your instinct for what truly impacts the business counts here.
Responsibilities:
You manage the product backlog, set priorities, and moderate sprint planning and execution.
Additionally, you take on the application owner role: you are responsible for release, change, and incident management as well as governance, coordinating internal and external support partners.
Together with the departments, you scrutinise processes. From requirements, you create user stories and solution designs and configure the modules yourself.
You lead ERP and development projects, manage cross-functional teams, and collaborate closely with product management in the CRM environment.
For rollouts, you plan user acceptance tests (UAT) and training sessions and regularly report status and benefits to stakeholders.
Furthermore, you identify AI use cases and implement automations with Power Apps and Power Automate.
Qualifications:
You have at least 3 years of experience in the ERP environment and are familiar with financial and operational processes including payroll from practical experience.
Your experience in parameterising D365 modules is well-founded, gained as a product owner, functional consultant, or in a similar role.
A degree in computer science, business informatics, or an equivalent background forms the basis.
Scrum, backlog maintenance, and managing projects with external service providers are part of your toolkit. Operational and lifecycle responsibility for critical applications is a plus.
You approach topics systematically, find pragmatic solutions, and win over people from the business area to management. You command German as your mother tongue and naturally use English in meetings and documentation.
Additionally, you impress with Power Platform know-how, understanding of AI automation, D365 certifications, ERP implementation experience, or an accounting background.
