Your mission
On behalf of a recognised psychiatric institution in the canton of Vaud, we are looking for a site manager wishing to commit to a role combining close management, care coordination and active participation in patient support.
You will play a key role in the quality of care, team supervision and the development of best professional practices.
Responsibilities
- Ensure daily supervision and support of the nursing team.
- Organise and coordinate the service activities.
- Guarantee the quality, safety and continuity of care.
- Participate in the management of schedules and resources.
- Support staff in their professional development.
- Foster a positive and collaborative team dynamic.
- Participate in institutional projects and continuous improvement of practices.
Clinical activity and participation in care:
- Actively participate in nursing care for patients.
- Ensure assessment, planning and follow-up of care.
- Contribute to maintaining a safe therapeutic environment.
- Work closely with doctors, psychologists and other health professionals.
- Ensure compliance with protocols and best practices in psychiatry.
- Participate in clinical and interdisciplinary meetings.
Profile
- HES Nurse diploma or equivalent qualification recognised in Switzerland.
- Significant experience in psychiatry.
- CAS in Close Management and Leadership or CAS in Psychiatry.
- Candidates holding only one of the two CAS and wishing to undertake the missing CAS will also be considered.
- First experience in team management or strong motivation to develop in a managerial role.
- Excellent interpersonal and organisational skills.
- Natural leadership, sense of responsibility and team spirit.
- Residence in Switzerland is mandatory.
