About this offer:

We are looking on behalf of our client, an international player in the industrial sector, for a:

Under the direct supervision of the Operations Director, you will ensure staff safety while guaranteeing the operational excellence of the site.

Your duties will focus on the following areas:

• Strategic management: Optimise and maintain the integrated management system (ISO 9001, 14001, 13485 and 45001 standards).

• Compliance assurance: Ensure strict application of Swiss environmental regulations and current QHSE standards.

• Awareness and safety: Promote risk prevention at work and foster a safety culture among production teams. You are also the ESD referent.

• Improvement approach: Manage internal audits, handle non-conformities and oversee the deployment of action plans.

• Management: ability to manage a team, you are a unifier and dynamic, teamwork is a real driving force for you.

• Commercial follow-up & client relations: with excellent interpersonal skills, you demonstrate charisma and ease in negotiation.

Profile sought

• You have a background as an electronic engineer, complemented by a QHSE specialisation.

• You have at least 5 years’ experience in the electronic industrial sector.

• You speak fluent French and English. Knowledge of German is a plus.

• Your analytical mind, combined with natural leadership, allows you to easily engage teams on QHSE topics.

• You stand out for your great autonomy and ability to be proactive.

• You are recognised for your organisational skills, rigour and respect for your commitments.
