About the job
As a partner of prestigious companies in French-speaking Switzerland, we are looking for a passionate and experienced Data Analyst to join our dynamic team.
Your missions
- Create, maintain and sustain solutions that generate productivity gains by exploiting, promoting and popularising Generative and Agentic Artificial Intelligence tools as well as automation solutions.
- Actively contribute to the digital transformation initiatives of the Commercial Division
- Explore and deploy concrete use cases of AI agents (agentic AI) applied to commercial logistics (order management, flow monitoring, forecasting, automation of repetitive tasks, process orchestration)
- Generate measurable and documented productivity gains
- Identify productivity opportunities and facilitate discussions to define relevant use cases and tools
- Propose, estimate and generate significant productivity gains for the various activities of Commercial logistics
- Lead the AI community of the division
- Produce a solid, documented and exploitable base
- Raise awareness among teams about prompt engineering and support associated initiatives
- Identify and lead use cases that generate administrative and managerial gains
- Participate in and drive AI initiatives led by the various services of the division
Education
- Master's student in the final year, in a field related to computer science, information systems or digital innovation, for example:
- HEPIA – ISC programme (Computer Science and Communication Systems)
- HEG Geneva – IG programme (Business Informatics)
- UNIGE – Master in Digital Systems and Services
- UNIL – Master of Science in Information Systems and Digital Innovation or any equivalent training (EPFL, HES-SO, etc.)
Data Analyst
Professional skills
- Strong interest in generative artificial intelligence
- Knowledge of LLMs (GPT, Claude, Mistral, Llama, Gemini...)
- Advanced prompt engineering
- Mastery of AI agent concepts (RAG, function calling, multi-agent orchestration)
- Basics in Python (scripts, API, automation)
- Understanding of data security and privacy (GDPR, AI governance)
Personal skills
- Good interpersonal skills, team spirit, easy communication
- Autonomous, flexible, rigorous and organised person
- Curiosity and active technological watch — ability to stay up to date in a fast-evolving field
- Change management skills — support adoption, manage resistance
- Ethical rigour — sensitivity to issues of bias, transparency and AI responsibility
You demonstrate team spirit and good communication skills. Thanks to your organisational qualities, you are able to work independently. Rigorous and methodical, you stand out notably for your analytical and synthesis abilities.
