Project Manager for Industrial Plants 100% (m/f/d)

What is my role?

• Responsibility for the complete handling of industrial plant projects - from the initial planning phase to final commissioning

• Development of customer-specific solution concepts including scheduling, control technology and individual designs

• Preparation of technical and commercial offers for customer projects

• Technical review and approval of electrical and hydraulic plans

• Preparation, maintenance and ongoing updating of technical documents and scheduling plans

• Technical support and advice for internal teams as well as external partners

• Ensuring compliance with project deadlines, quality requirements and financial frameworks

• Commitment to the continuous improvement of operational processes and workflows

What do I need to be successful?

• Completed technical basic training with a federal certificate of competence in electrical engineering, building services engineering, heating technology, mechanics or a similar technical field

• Successfully completed or ongoing higher technical education such as technician HF, master craftsman examination, building services planner or an equivalent qualification

• Proven professional experience in project management, preferably in the field of industrial plants or building services engineering

• Confident handling of common MS Office applications

• Strong technical understanding of complex plant systems as well as the competence to assess electrical and hydraulic plans

• Practical experience in the preparation of technical documents, scheduling plans and offers

• Knowledge of CAD software is desirable

• Strong customer orientation and enjoyment of direct collaboration with clients, planning offices, installation companies and other project participants

• Independent, methodical and precise approach as well as resilience under pressure in demanding project situations

• Communicative personality with strong team skills and willingness for cross-departmental cooperation
