Team Leader Performance Technology, 80–100 %
What to expect
- You will take on the personnel and professional leadership of a team with 19 employees.
- You plan and coordinate personnel resources, support your employees in their professional and personal development, and promote an open and performance-oriented team culture.
- Together with your employees, you are responsible for the area of post-processing of invoice recording.
- You create the conditions for efficient collaboration and ensure high quality standards.
- You drive the further development and digitalisation of our processes.
- In close cooperation with the Product Owner (PO), you identify optimisation potentials, formulate requirements, and accompany their successful implementation.
- You support your team in operational day-to-day business if necessary and ensure smooth processes in the areas of QA and OCR post-processing.
What you bring
- You enjoy working with people; you take great pleasure in accompanying and promoting employees.
- You have several years of experience in leading larger teams (more than 10 employees).
- You are enthusiastic about digitalisation and the continuous development of processes and gladly take on responsibility.
- Analysing and conceptual work are among your strengths; you also have a structured and solution-oriented way of working.
- You have completed a commercial apprenticeship and furthered your education in business administration.
- You have experience in process and project management and enjoy actively shaping change.
- You enjoy working with data and are proficient in creating evaluations – especially with Excel.
