Mission

Take charge of the organisation and management of a unit. Participate in care activities and, together with the Transversal Head Nurse, be responsible for the unit's activity and the quality of care provided.

Your main responsibilities

Manage the unit in accordance with the mission, guidelines, the application of the care and support concept, laws and current agreementsAnalyse the unit's activities, set objectives and ensure their implementationManage and lead the unit's nursing teamLead continuous improvement and development projects in collaboration with the multidisciplinary teamCommunicate with various internal and external stakeholdersProvide care to residents in accordance with the latest professional practices, respecting safety, efficiency, comfort and economyParticipate in the evaluation of the quality of care, support and activity servicesSupervise stock management and maintenance of the unit's equipment

Profile sought

HES nursing diploma or equivalent qualification recognised by CRSCAS in frontline managementCAS in psychogeriatrics, an asset or willingness to trainSeveral years of professional experience in an institution, in a similar roleExcellent organisational skills and sense of responsibilityInitiative spiritGood communication, negotiation and listening skillsProficiency in IT toolsSense of teamwork in a multidisciplinary environment
