To complete its team, the Human Resources Department of the Municipality of Plan-les-Ouates is looking for the future person who will hold the position of HR Manager – Staff Representative (M/F)
Position at 80% - Grade 13
Your mission:
- Ensure the allocation of positions and manage the entire recruitment process of personnel in close collaboration with municipal services;
- Ensure the follow-up and administrative management of personnel from hiring to departure;
- Assess needs, provide support and offer analysis to service managers for any questions related to the HR field;
- Substitute and ensure cross-functionality between HR managers and service delegates;
- Develop, maintain links and collaborate with all external partners related to the HR field;
- Provide support for the development and implementation of various HR projects;
- Ensure the implementation of the service’s projects;
- Participate in the administrative management of the service, ensure the application of the Statute and directives;
- Ensure the monitoring and application of budgets related to the field in connection with the service.
Your profile:
- Holder of a Federal Certificate of Specialist in Human Resources or an equivalent qualification;
- Proven several years of professional experience with similar levels of responsibility;
- Mastery of project management and budget management;
- Excellent writing skills and proficiency in common IT tools;
- Ability to manage the field completely autonomously;
- Good knowledge of the Municipality and Geneva’s political institutions;
- Good knowledge of the network related to the field of activity;
- Analytical mind, good organisational skills and ability to anticipate;
- Excellent interpersonal skills, empathy, diplomacy.
