Your tasks

• Care and nursing of residents in accordance with our care concept and care process
• Taking on tasks as the reference person for nursing
• Responsibility and control of the care process for assigned residents, including classification of care needs PLAISIR/RAI
• Collaboration with external stakeholders (doctor, physiotherapist...)
• Electronic documentation of care via CareCoach
• Planning and accompanying medical visits
• Taking on daily responsibility with coordination of the daily team
• Management of case discussions and nursing reports
• Taking on tasks as a thematic referent for a specialised subject, and participation in the cross-sectional network on care quality

Your profile

• Completed HES qualified nurse training or equivalent training recognised by the CRS
• Professional experience in long-term care is an advantage
• RAI/PLAISIR knowledge desired
• Organised, calm, thorough, committed and motivated
• A warm and humourful attitude
• Enjoyment in tackling varied challenges
• Good knowledge of French, both spoken and written
