Finishing (M/F) – Polishing & Finishing

Your mission:

Do you master the art of finishing and have an eye for the smallest detail?
Put your expertise to work on watch components requiring an impeccable level of quality!

Your tasks
• Perform polishing, brightening and satin finishing operations on watch components.
• Ensure the aesthetic and dimensional quality of the produced parts.
• Identify surface defects and carry out the necessary corrections.
• Strictly apply manufacturing processes and ensure the IT tracking of production.

Your profile:

Essential prerequisites
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in polishing, brightening or finishing watch case components.
• Training as a polisher, Federal VET Certificate in manual finishing or equivalent expertise acquired through experience.
• Proven experience in an industrial environment.

Your professional skills
• Mastery of polishing, brightening and manual finishing techniques.
• Excellent dexterity and very good visual acuity.
• Ability to detect defects and ensure surface finishes meet quality requirements.
• Autonomy in applying procedures and controlling your production.
