Managing Director / Operations Manager Painting Company (m/f/d), 100%

Your interesting area of responsibility includes, among other things:

• Operational overall responsibility for an established painting company with around 20 employees
• Professional and personnel management of the team as well as supervision of apprentices
• Consulting and support of existing and new customers
• Planning, control and monitoring of projects
• Quotation management, calculation, billing and post-calculation
• Optimisation of internal processes as well as further development of the company
• Close cooperation with the ownership and co-design of the corporate strategy

For this position you bring the following profile:

• Completed training as a painter EFZ, ideally with further training as a master painter, project manager or comparable
• Several years of professional experience in the painting trade with sound expertise
• Entrepreneurial thinking as well as economic action
• Strong leadership and social skills with a motivating manner
• Independent, structured and solution-oriented way of working
• Enjoyment of customer contact and the further development of a company
