At the university endoscopy centre of the USZ, we perform both diagnostic and interventional procedures and thus accompany patients from preparation through sedation to aftercare. Your main tasks
- You assist with a wide variety of procedures, ensure evidence-based nursing care and take responsibility for daily coordination with various interfaces
- You primarily work Monday to Friday during the day and occasionally provide on-call services
- You empower qualified nursing professionals and nursing assistants and promote constructive collaboration
- Together with the department management, you devote yourself to various leadership tasks, such as recruiting and performance evaluation of employees
- Together with the interprofessional team, you develop processes to optimise quality and productivity and work with various internal interfaces
Your profile
- Completed training as a qualified nurse HF/FH or a foreign diploma with corresponding SRK recognition
- Several years of professional experience in acute care; experience in endoscopy or similar interventional settings is an advantage
- Completed leadership or management training or willingness to undertake appropriate further training
- High social competence, organisational skills and enjoyment in working with people
