Role:
In this role, you take on the professional and strategic responsibility for controlling and thus significantly shape the financial management of the organisation. You analyse relevant key figures, prepare decision-making bases and ensure transparent reporting. In addition, you further develop controlling instruments to optimise cost structures and processes in a targeted manner. You work closely with the Finance and IT Directorate and contribute your expertise to cross-departmental projects. With your senior level of experience, you independently and proactively lead demanding controlling issues to success.
Responsibilities:
- You lead and further develop your controlling team
- In this role, you are responsible for reporting, budgeting, forecasting and multi-year planning
- As Head of Controlling, you analyse and prepare financial and performance indicators
- You develop management information systems and controlling instruments as well as cost, contribution margin and performance accounting further
- In this role, you prepare decision-making bases for management and leadership bodies
- As Head of Controlling, you advise clinical departments on business management issues and participate in strategic and organisational projects
