The ideal candidate for this AP Accountant position in the Industrial / Manufacturing sector will be responsible for accounts payable processing of financial transactions. This temporary role, based in Canton of Fribourg, requires a high level of accuracy and expertise on SAP.

Description

As an AP Accountant 100%, your responsibilities will include:

• Processing and accurately recording supplier invoices;
• Managing and monitoring supplier payments;
• Performing bank reconciliations and investigating any discrepancies;
• Preparing financial reports for the Accounting & Finance department;
• Supporting internal and external audits by providing the required documentation;
• Collaborating with internal teams to resolve discrepancies or disputes;
• Maintaining organized records in compliance with Swiss accounting standards and IFRS ;
• Act as a SAP expert for the implementation;
• Contributing to the continuous improvement of accounting processes.

Profile

As an AP Accountant, you have the following profile:

• Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field;
• Strong knowledge of Swiss accounting principles;
• Proficiency in SAP S4 HANA
• Fluent in English, with good written and spoken French B2 skills;
• Ability to work in an international environment and meet deadlines;
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data processing.
